The new Empire dressage saddle by Equipe is designed to offer dressage riders a superior riding experience, combining innovation, elegance, and functionality. The Empire represents the culmination of a research journey aimed at integrating biomechanical excellence with functional design.

The extra-deep seat encourages a more rearward correct pelvic position, providing ideal stability during the most technical exercises.

At the core of the design lies the RS (Revolutionary Soul) tree: a cutting-edge composite structure delivering exceptional torsional stability while preserving the horse’s natural spinal flexibility in motion. The light yet durable composite tree ensures strength and longevity, while the wide, open front allows greater freedom at the base of the neck, enhancing the horse’s comfort and range of motion. The RS tree is heat adjustable via Equipe approved saddlers.
The thigh blocks, positioned higher than traditional standards and precisely angled, offer firm support without restricting knee mobility. The raised and angled knee blocks are designed to provide firm support to the thigh, while keeping the knee free from restriction and tension.

The exclusive flap design is made from innovative, high-grip leather with a reduced thickness to maximize sensitivity and the connection with the horse.

The panels, available in Perfeqto or Polyurethane versions, provide a broad and even weight distribution, promoting balance and consistent contact.

Available exclusively in a mono-flap version, the Equipe Empire dressage saddle is entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans. Every detail reflects the excellence of Made in Italy and a profound attention to the horse-rider partnership.
